Rowaco (Thailand) Ltd., located in Chiang Mai, was founded by Dutch travel expert Rob Waardenburg. The company became operational by the end of 1992 as a Destination Management Company, fully licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), License No. 21/0090, and a member of the Association of Thai Travel Agents No. 01670.

Apart from Travel Services the company soon also offered international trading and business consultancy.

In 1998, the travel section was transferred to Rowaco Asia Travel Co. Ltd., while in 2021, the export activities were replaced by Real Estate Rentals.

Our Operational Objectives

Rowaco (Thailand) Ltd. wants to ensure a good and long lasting profitable operation and aims to serve a small selected group of clients, thus really being able to offer an excellent, customer oriented, product.

Our Strategy

To reach our objectives we don't handle "pax", we serve "guests". We control our products steadily, our rates are competitive, our staff is well experienced and our guests get value for money.

As per January 1st, 2022, the Rowaco Group is active in three kinds of business:

• Inbound Travel Services - in Rowaco Asia Travel Co. Ltd.

• Real Estate Rentals - in Rowaco (Thailand) Ltd.

• Business Consultancy - in Rowaco (Thailand) Ltd.
